By placing two A records in the DNS with the same name but different ip
addresses will cause the DNS server to give out the addresses alternatively.
That will cause the load to be split between the two.

Subject: [NTISP] loadbalancing IIS4 webservers

Hello,

I have 2 NT4 servers having identical web content and running
identical setups of IIS4.

How can I configure the DNS or any other program to laodbalance
all requests to one and the same URL (e.g. http://www.abcd.com)
between the 2 servers?

thanks,
Christian
