I assume you are no longer having the problem, but if you are, try running
radius in debug mode "radius -x15" from the command line. The logs will
probably show why the authentication packets are being rejected by Radius. If
you're not sure how to interpret the errors, post them to the list and I'll see
if I can shed any light.
