we have several account plans that are on Anniversary billing cycles.
These have to be converted to Monthly style. It appears that if we
change settings for each customer that Emerald will not pro-rata the
days remaining in the month. For example, if the anniversary date is
15 May and this is reset to 1 June for monthly billing then Emerald
will not calculate a charge for the 15 day correction. Would anybody
have a suggestion as to how this situation may be managed? Are there
any scripts out there that could be run to correctly calculate the
difference?
