Would somebody be able to explain the function of the "current" check
box in "services-general"? Is it related to "non-bill" accounts in
some way - we seem to have a list of about 10 non-bill accounts -
most of which have the current check box unchecked. Actually - I'm
not really sure what "non-bill" means?
