[RadiusNT] framed route msql syntax

What is the syntax for entering a framed route attribute in radconfigs in
MSQL? I need to route one ipaddress to an account. In radconfigs, I have:

AccountID: 1544
RadAttributeID: 22
Data: x.x.x.x/32 (single valid public ip address instead of x)

But this doesn't seem to be working. I also have an assigned ip address to
this account when it dials up, might this be a conflict?
