[RadiusNT] Who, what, when, where and how?

Does anyone have, or know of, a reference that describes *exactly* what
RadiusNT 3.0 does with SQL?

Something like a complete walk-through on which procedures are called, when
they are called, and under what circumstances they are called. It would also
help to know *exactly* what information is passed to the stored procedures.

In addition to this, I know that RadiusNT 3.0 _still_ has hard coded queries
in it (clear serverports on Accounting-Stop records). What all queries are
hard coded, and how can I disable and/or modify their behavior?

This information would be of much help.
