[RadiusNT] Acct Delay Time

Hi there,

Is anyone else using a PM4 with Radius 3 ?

We're finding that the PM4 has problems with sending accounting packets to
Radius - the acctdelay time ranges between 1 and 11 seconds.

However, on our PM3's, the delay time is almost always zero.

Any known bugs ?
