for example I just looked at

RadiusNT\Updates directory

In changes.txt there is such lines

Radius 3.0.164

--* AVP Updates* Disable cache double check when db password is external auth(WINNT,UNIX..etc) to prevent double checking external sources.

* Fixed attribute debug shows the \0 character in it's output.*************

but in that directory onlyRadius_30_163.exeexists



I want to say that this inconvenience must not be.
