[RadiusNT] Portmaster3 & Session-Timeout

Our RadiusNT2.5 is configured for time banking mode.
It seems that it works for most users, ie expired accounts
has TimeLeft = -1. Also in Calls table there're several
disconnecttion logs with "Session Timeout" status.
But for some accounts I found that they have TimeLeft
field less than -1, for example up to -68 min. And the last
logs for such users have status "User request". I hope
that the problem in Portmaster3, but I cant find it.
