We have seen this cause a memory leak in RadiusNT. If you don't fix it,
you might want to keep an eye the memory used by the RadiusNT Process. We
have seen this caused by an difference in shared secret between your nas or
proxy radius and RadiusNT. RadiusNT accepts the accounting packet, but the
nas/proxy keeps sending it. Double check your shared secrets.
