[RadiusNT] radiusnt admin user

I use RadiusNT 2.5.162 with database MS SQL 6.5
I see in my calls table an 'admin' user that apparently corresponds to when
I connect to my NAS as !root but there is no admin user in my subaccounts
table.
How would I create another user to connect to my NAS as something other than
!root?
