I think it's ANI (something like Automatic Number Identification). If you
don't see a phone number for the Caller-ID record in your accounting file,
then either the telco isn't sending it or your "Call Control Options" are
set correctly.
Also, I'm getting DNIS, which does me no good since I only have one access
number. But, just in case you're wondering, DNIS is the number that was
*dialed* by the client and not the number *of* the client.
