[RadiusNT] Radius build 209 parse error...

I just installed 209, I have the same problem as I had with the previous
builds, it is unable to parse text in the radius attributes...

For example, if I use Framed-Protocol = 1, it works fine but if I use
Framed-Protocol = PPP it doesn't (bombs out with the parse error, atwhatever
user has text attributes.)

I've checked the dictionary file 'till I'm blue in the face, I can't see
anything wrong!

Ideas?
