question:
must the machine running radius need to be a DomainController to access =
the security database?

I am asking this becuse the macine was not a DC that this was attempted =
on.
( we bypassed the issue by using L00pht Crack that time )

Whomever RadiusNT runs as must have the permissions outlined in the
docs for WINNT authentication to work correctly.
