[RadiusNT] Help with getting RadiusNT 3.0 to work

Everything seems to be working fine when using text files. However, when I
set it up to use ODBC it doesn't find any users. We have about 50 users in
our test SQL database. It says it only loads 9 of them. I don't know if
its a coincident or not, but in our test database we have 9 users whose
login limit is 0. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The output from radius -x15 is below:
