(I have x'd out the IP here.)
The NAS is a USR Total Control HiperARC. Could it be the .1475 part? I hate
USR port schemes.

Its the mib.txt file. Make sure you have your data directory defined
in the RadiusNT admin, and that you have both SNMP options checked.
