Yep. 6.5 SP5.
I will try to extend it now and see how it goes.
Is there any way to purge all the crap out of the TempDB ?
I do not replicate this DB at all and want the most reliable setup.

Are you running SQL 6.5? If so it sounds like your .log file is full and
you need to extend it.

Hello List,
We are getting a regular error in our even viewer. As our system is not
busy we did not notice that this had been happening for weeks.
We cannot add users but we can modify existing accounts.
I have checked this error in Technet and ran the DumpTran no_log query and
also ran the CheckDB.
Please Help

Error : 1105, Severity: 17, State: 1
Can't allocate space for object 'Calls' in database 'Emerald' because the
'default' segment is full. If you ran out of space in Syslogs, dump the
transaction log. Otherwise, use ALTER DATABASE or sp_extendsegment to
increase the size of the segment.
