Look up the Sever Port Access in the RadiusNT Admin and the Emerald
admin. In there, you can specify TOD restrictions.

However, be very careful, because when you enable Server Access in
RadiusNT, you must specifically define all allowed acocunt types
that can call what servers. Any not explicitly defined, are not
allowed.
