[Emerald] Printing the Time On Line from Emerald

Does anyone know why I can't print the time on line from the Time On tab on
the services display. I set the start date and stop date, press the update
button, and the time on line displays on the page just fine. I then press
the print button, and the page is completely blank, except for the headings.
