[Emerald] column-level permissions in SQL 7

In SQL 6.5, you could set permissions all the way down to individual columns
within tables for specific users. Can this be done with SQL 7? If so, I
can't figure out how to do it...
In other words, I want to grant SELECT access to joeshmoe on one column, but
deny access to another column in the same table.
