Sorry,
I meant overdue. If a user is overdue their account gets shut off, but
there is not quick way to see that they have been shut off. Could you please
provide some info. on how this is currently working?

I'm not sure what you mean? Active/Inactive is a flag. It is
completely
different than the overlimit field, which is a financial limitation in
Balance forward. Do you mean overdue by chance?
