I have been having this problem for 3 weeks now...
And tech support at IEA has not seemed to be able to figure it out...
Maybe someone has some ideas...
When trying to print invoices at the end of the batch process...
When trying from the server, I get the following message...
Emerald Printing Error
48: File not found crpe32.dll
oh, by the way that file is located in c:\winnt\system32\
When trying to print from the workstation...
The cr report comes up with no data in it
I have done what Eric, from IEA, has asked me...
"Your crpe32.dll file on your server may be a different version than =
the other Crystal Report .dll files. Please down load the following =
from our ftp site:
Unzip the contents of this file into your winnt/system32 directory. =
sure to overwrite all of your old files, and that you do not get any =
(i.e. Access is Denied. File is in User) when copying these files into
your winnt/system32 directory.

As for your blank invoices, please download the updated invoice.rpt from
Copy this file into your directory that you have defined for Emerald
reports. This directory is defined in Emerald Administrator --> Client
Configuration --> Reports."
This has not helped in any way...
