[Emerald] Mailsite 4/ Emerald PROBLEMS

Whenever I try to send to the list they all get returned to me.

I am the moderator and I have even tried anyone can post.
they all seem to come back.

Say I start from scratch with the list, what do I need to do.

I have tried 2 times already and they never get to my users.

HELP!!!
