[Emerald] Rebatching

We are running .329 and have a problem with some accounts in the "Bad Card
Transactions" Section
There are 3 accounts that give the following error when you click on them

Runtime error 35600
Index out of bounds

Also with this new version if i try to rebatch someone they stay in the bad
transations section instead of disappearing. I am not sure if they are
rebatched or not.
