[Emerald] Current connection speed

Does anyone have an asp or idc that shows a user their current connect speed
with their current connection? We had this with our old custom radius and it
simply looked at their current IP and via snmp gave them back only their
connect speed and login name with a perl script. I don't want em to be able
to see other users info only their own.
