How does Emerlad keep track of (and charge for) login durations ?
Our dialup customers would like a per-second charging mechanism in place.
For example, if customer "jake" logins in for 30 seconds the 1st time, and
then logs in for 15 seconds the next time, his total consumtption should be
only 45 seconds.
So, we want to sum up all his seconds spet online, convert it to hours +
minutes and then determine houw many minutes he exceeded.
Can Emerald do this ? If not, why ? How do we solve this problem ?
