Hi there,

Currently we are running Roam servers throughout our country , however =
we are having great difficulty with users not being logged off the =
online calls table properly, which is leading to lots of customers =
calling up screaming at us saying they cant login. In some cases we dont =
have direct access at many of the routers the users are logging into, =
and the calls wont clear from teh calls table either... you highly teh =
user on the roam port, press the clear button, and the list refreshes, =
but the user is still there... and no error message to confirm =
anything..

Any ideas or clues ?

Also, is there a better way for roam users to be listed in the online =
calls table than just "Roam" - ie, it would be great to identify which =
particular roam server they have logged into, either via the Dnis number =
dialed, or something else?

Cheers,
Steve
