Emerald could care less, and as long as the passwords are different,
RadiusNT doesn't care. RadiusNT 3.0 actually tracks people by their
AccountID, not name, if the RADIUS client supports the class attribute.

Some mail servers don't handle duplicate names well. I just don't
like it because it can lead to confusion and trouble. If you use it
right, its fine though.
