To be honest, I am looking at the License manager, but I can't tell exactly
where it is exceeding the licenses. Could you tell me which pane to look
in? It says //COMPUTER_NAME/Administrator, 2 unlicensed uses, under
Clients (Per Seat). That is the only place I seem to see a problem, but
even then it doesn't make sense. Sorry if I am a little vague here, I am
not too well versed on how the License Manager works. Never had a need to
even look at it before now.

Could this also be why start and stop records are not being processed
correctly?

Other than that, Emerald works great...:-)
