[Emerald] Update Ports in Table

What is the procedure to have the ports updated to reflect port not created
by the server defaults? The 3Com Total Control HiPer ARC and HiPer DSP ports
are not correct with different modules in the chassis. I can find the
Emerald Admin....Database...Maintenance...Update Port Tbl, but I can't
recall how to have it update automatically over a period of a few days. Any
information would be greatly appreciated.
