[Emerald] RadLog slow under EmeraldSecure

I am noticing that the RadLog view is extremely slow when the logged in user
is in the EmeraldSecure group. For instance, to view 68 entries in the
RadLog view, it took well over a minute before I was even asked if I wanted
to load in the 68 entries. From there, it took another 10 seconds or so
before anything appeared. Everything else seems to be okay.

Is there any way to speed this up?
