[Emerald] Ghost operators...errr

I went to add another Operator today to the EmeraldSecure group to do some
testing and when I finished I deleted the Operator and damn if the Operator
is still in Emerald Admin... The Operator has been removed from SQL but now
when I try to remove him in Admin it says the Operator doesn't exist in the
DB... but, it's still listed in Admin...

What now... this is Admin 3.23 and Emeradl 3.22

Any ideas?
