I would guess your ESID is wrong. You probably don't have an
ESID of 0, since they should start at 1. Double check:

1) That you have an External System created in Emerald, and note its
ESID (thats the numbe in () after the name in the Admin).

2) That you have one or more services with that External System
selected.

3) That the user is assigned a service in #2.

4) That EmerAuth is configured to use that ESID.
