Earlier today I posted about not being able to change the Billing Group
after creating a new Discount, or even being able to change the Billing
Group on an existing Discount...
I found the problem... It's an interesting one...
I had two of the Discounts with the same Sort number... after I corrected
that it showed the Discounts in the proper Billing Group.
I know I've moved other Sort numbers and not seen that problem... Oh well...
