[Emerald] Restricting dialing times

Hello,
We would like to offer our customers a out of hours deal for dialups.
We would like them to only connect Mon to Fri from 6pm to 6am and all days
on weekends. As we are a business only ISP we thought would use the network
after hours for our customers staff.
Is there any way to restrict these accounts for certain times ?
I know I cannot automaticly disconnect them but I would like to stop them
loggin in during business hours.
