I just received some very unhappy news. When we purchased Emerald we =
were told that it integrated with ICVerify, and it does, but only to a =
very limited extent. In our old system, if a customer called and wanted =
to make a one time charge to their account, we would enter the info in =
ISPPower and it would, in REAL TIME, trigger ICVerify to charge the card =
and then post the result to the account. =20

Anybody out there have any thoughts or ideas on this?

We had taken our manual credit card terminal off line because this was =
so much handier.

I do hope that this will be a feature in the next version of Emerald and =
that it will be coming our VERY soon.

RadiusNT is great, but I feel I'm taking backward steps in switching to =
Emerald. The ability to post an individual charge to a customers credit =
card via our Billing System seems to me to be a foundation stone of any =
good system, not an option.

Yes, I am a frustrated customer. I'm not jumping ship, but I sure am =
doing some bailing to get things to work right.

Darren
