Ok, I have CC receipts emailing during the batchin process.
But CC rejects still are not working, running in debug mode
shows no errors and no attempt to email user about CC failures.
Now that Emerald automatically rebatches the bad CC it makes it=20
harder for my billing people to call the customers, before they could
bring up the batch window and have the list of declined cards right
there. Now there is no list and I do not know how to query that list.
