OK. I will start over. We have accounts that were set up to bill the CC the
first time only by Emerald. After that the change to Renewal. We have had
several of these customers who have had their cards billed after this is
done. When I go to research it , I find under thier billing info that it IS
on renewal and when I select Credit Card from the drop down, the info is
there and Autobill is 0. Of course I then change it back to renewal and
save. When I go to history, I see that there was an invoice generated and
there is a CC Auto in the payment field. I am wondering how this can happen
if they are on renewal at the time. This has been an ongoing problem for
almost a year.
