[Emerald] Running a batch file at SQL server start

We have found that our RADIUS servers fail to re-establish a connection to
the Emerald database if the SQL server is restarted for any reason.

I would like to call netsvc.exe from a batch file to automatically restart
the RADIUS service on each server at the time the SQL server comes back up
and is ready to accept connections. I've read about sp_makestartup, but I
am not confident enough to tinker with it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

BTW, I would love to see an auto-reconnect mechanism for RadiusNT at some
point in the future.
