[Emerald] Payment Method won't save

I can't get the payment method to save. When entering a user, I choose Bank
Transfer for Payment Method on the Billing tab. After pressing save, and
re-opening the MBR, the iformation I have entered is gone.
I can't even find where it would store this information in the database.
