If you are getting noise on a T1 line, being all digital, I would contact
the people who put it in. I don't know of any way to tweak a TNT to
compensate for a bad line. You might have a bad smartjack or the network
interface. Could even be the physical line to the smart jack to the router.
I make mine out of Cat5 cable, better insulation than the junky ones they
ship with most routers.
