RE: [Emerald] slow transfers when using Serv-U FTP and EmerAuth

Unfortunately we need the quotas. If the delay is Serve-U and not SQL then
it should be fixable. Typing 'dir' at the NT command prompt totals the size
of files in the directory without any delay.
