In this directory structure you will find the releases for Emerald V4.  The following files and subdirectories reside in this directory:

	\iis - ASP Files for provisioning IIS from within Emerald.

	\Print_Patch_4.2.1 - Printing patch for EmeraldV4.2.1 and lower

	\reports - Contains EmeraldV4 CrystalReports files:

		agedefrev.rpt - Deferred Revenue Report with aging
		aging.rpt - printable aging report including a total for aging periods
		call_proxy.rpt - Call Proxy Summary
		Commission.rpt - Sales Person monthly Commission
		Commission2.rpt - Sales Person parameter per month Commission 
		Defrev.rpt - Deferred Revenue report
		estatement.rpt - Updated estatement (included with 4.5)
		estatement_login.rpt - Email Statement with login details
		region_Summary.rpt - Summary of Regions
		Service_Summary.rpt - Summary of Services by type
		statement_due.rpt - Statement report with Due Date field
		statement_due_login.rpt - Statement Report with Login details


	Emerald421.exe - The main Emerald V4.2.1 Billing and Customer Care software

	Emerald455_CR9.exe - The main Emerald V4.5.5 Billing and Customer Care software
                           with Crystal Reports 9.0 runtime engine.
	
	Emerald45DB.exe - The main Emerald V4.5.5 Billing and Customer Care software
                           with integrated DB Engine (MSDE)

	Emerald45_CR8.exe - The main Emerald V4.5.5 Billing and Customer Care software 
                           with Crystal Reports 8.5 runtime engine.

	Emerald455patch.exe - This file contains several patches to the Emerald 4.5.5
				release.

	EmerPrint.exe - Win32 application to batch print Statements
